Business discovery
From a map search to a qualified prospect list
Connect geography, business categories, contact evidence and CRM handoff in one business discovery workflow.

Start with a sales question
The first question is which businesses you have a reason to contact. For a web agency, that might mean businesses in a particular area whose websites show a need worth investigating. Define the geography, category and service before applying filters.
Keep the research scope within your team’s reach. Consider each business’s industry, territory and relevance to the service you offer.
Read contact details as evidence
A listed phone number and a usable phone number are different things. Evaluate websites, phones, contact forms and social profiles with their sources and check times. A missing field does not prove that the information does not exist.
Apply filters that match your sales objective. If you sell website services, examine the current website. If you sell locally, prioritize location and contact information. No single signal proves that a business will buy your service.
Carry the researched record forward
Save the reason you selected a business along with the business itself. Add it to a collection, assign an owner and set a next task. These steps turn research into something the sales team can act on.
Review your first list
Evaluate more than list length. Review which businesses the team could reach, which selection reasons remained current and which opportunities reached the correct stage after a conversation. Use that review to improve the next search.
